We’re searching for an enthusiastic and talented Front-end Designer to join our small team in downtown Portland.
If you love the web, solving complex design problems and writing or speaking about what you learn and think, you’d be a great fit at Cloud Four. As a Front-end Designer, you’ll work directly with our clients to understand their objectives, shape project direction and deliver designs that make the most of what the web can do.
While you’re comfortable producing traditional design deliverables such as wireframes and mockups, you’re also fluent in (and passionate for) the language of the web. You often prefer designing in-browser with HTML and CSS because it gets you closer to the end user’s experience, and allows you to learn and incorporate new techniques without waiting for design tools to catch up.
Nearly every project we undertake we do as a team. We prefer frequent iterations and working collaboratively with our clients on designs. We need people who have empathy and communicate well.
